Lost your tracking email?

Two options: check your Magaranger account for the order and its tracking link, or email support@magaranger.com with the name and email used at checkout — we'll look it up and resend your tracking within one business day. (Worth checking your spam folder first — confirmation emails often land there.)

What the statuses mean

• Processing — we're packing your order. Ships from Dallas, TX within 1–2 business days.
• Shipped — handed to the carrier. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours.
• Out for delivery — arriving today.
• Delivered — check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbours before contacting us.

Tracking hasn't moved?

Carrier scans sometimes lag for a couple of days — that's normal. But if tracking has been static for 10+ days (US) or 30+ days (international), or your package shows delivered but never arrived, email us. We open the carrier investigation for you, and if the package is confirmed lost we send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Need to change your address?

Email us as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped, we can usually correct it before dispatch.
