A closer look at the harvest
Dissolve a pea-sized portion (300–500mg) in warm water, tea or milk.
Steep 1–2 whole flowers in hot (not boiling) water for 5–10 minutes.
Stir in ½ teaspoon of Treasure Harvest honey — never more on your first try.
Give the honey 60–90 minutes before considering more. Skip alcohol that evening.
